I"m curious ioxmo, have you ever had to send one of your Hipoints back?-dirk-pitt
Nope. I know all that stuff because I belong to a hipoint forum :)
No posts received thumbs up, next time you see a good one, give some respect and thumb it up.

They will work pretty well until they break. I've seen more than one fall apart on the range, broken slide from that cast pot metal they use.-madogre
Sorry to bring up something old, but I have to say something. I love Hipoints for plinking. I just have to say that they have the best warranty in the industry. If anything happens to it (even if it's your fault), hipoint will fix it free of charge with no questions asked...no matter if you're the first or fifth owner. Also, nothing voids the warranty. Nothing. If it's unfixable, they just send you a brand new gun. They usually include a free magazine when they ship it back to you, too. Oh, and the warranty isn't limited.
Just had to say that. I love my Hipoints for plinking and target practice... but they are still fugly.
Just wanted to know what kind of anime/manga you guys like, if any? I only like a few, but one of my favorites is the Dominion Tank Police (both old and new). It's intro is one of my favorites ever.
I know it'd never happen, but I'd like to see the AK-103 to replace the M4.
Anyone seen this movie? I know MadOgre has. I love it! Best car chases ever. Here's one for your enjoyment:
STG 44 baby! Whole lotta soul there.

Already done :)
I just wanted to start a fun thread to see what kinds of military weapons everyone would like to see manufactured in semi-auto. No particular usage other than having them for fun. I'll list of few of my wish list...as far as I know no semi-auto versions of these exist.
Ruger MP9 -
either as a pistol with a "fake" folding stock or a SBRPPSh-41 -
I have heard of some semi-autos of these existing in small numbers, but also heard that they were very unreliable.Chinese Type 85 -
Anybody have any on their wish list?
Forgot to add... I've also been playing the original Hitman: Codename 47 game as well as Jagged Alliance 2 (best turn-based strategy game I've ever played)
I was target shooting today with some friends and something very odd happened. I went to fire a Ruger 10/22 and as soon as I squeezed the trigger, the gun fired and the magazine fell out! I've never heard of something like that happening before, have any of you? It only happened once...the rest of the time it fired just fine.
I've been playing Duke Nukem 3D lately and I still have a lot of the Police Quest series games.
Also, flashpoint rules! :) Armed Assault doesn't run too well on my computer, though.

I also recommend hi-point. I've used my friends thoroughly and it's been reliable. It jams every so often, so I wouldn't use it for carry.
Long story short, my cousin once voluntarily committed himself to a mental ward of a hospital many years ago. He's past that stage in his life (depression) and wants to purchase a .22 rifle to go hunting. I was wondering if anybody knows if that voluntary commitment disqualifies him from buying a gun. I've searched the net and couldn't find anything about it.
IN training? lol. They aren't as good as I thought, then.
Anyone ever play this game? I love it, and not just because it runs on my computer well :) The game has a really good atmosphere about it, but the multi-player is what I'm talking about.
I don't have any pics at the moment, but I own a Chinese SKS, a WASR-10 AK, and an old bolt-action .410 Mossberg my grandfather left me. Used to own a Ruger 10/22, but I sold it.
I was just wondering if any of you can recommend a good place for buying bulk 7.62x39mm ammo? By bulk, I mean 500 rounds +.
