I was trying to save some cash at the range so I picked up a Mosquito. I had $425 in gift checks from work so I went to Martin B. Retting in Culver City wanting to pick up a used 12g and got the sig instead. Its a cool gun to shoot. It beats using my Gamo pellet gun out back and is way cheaper than a 45 or 9. I'm just having a slight problem sighting in. I'm wearing reading glass now and it seems like I have to retrain my eyes. Is that normal? I haven't really shot since the Corps in the early 80's so things are different with my eyes. I tried left, right and both. I'm not using my glasses. Any tips?

Is it legal to have (convert) a SKS to a composite material, collapsible stock with a pistol grip in CA? Also how much of a difference, when shooting, is there with the lighter stock? Is there any special requirments for mounting a different stock or are most of them just "drop in"?
