Topic: THR Theft

The Marines used to have a tradition called Drumming Out. When a Marine did something stupid, and was, under the UCMJ, found guilty of conduct unbecoming, and was kicked out of the Marine Corps... they did a little Drumming Out ceremony. Not to honor the ex-marine. They would have a formation and assemble the troops. They would read th ex-marine's name while he stood before them at attention. Someone would read the charges and the conviction as the UCMJ found, then the assembled troops in formation would about face, and turn their backs to the ex-marine. Then they would march the ex-marine out of the area to the sound of a slow drum beat. If you listen, you can hear the drums... as I de-link THR. I am turning my back on THR. Until that time that Oleg or others assure me that Oleg is in 100% full control of THR and all that entails and that hosting is moved and backstabbing staff that supported the mutiny are removed... then we would be happy to return. Until that time... listen to the drums...

Here's a link that add some more insights into this problem. It cuts it down to the basics. It is theft, plain and simple. there are no other issues or sides.

I know a week isn't much time in the big picture of a lawsuit, but in internet time it's a while. Anyone have any new news on the THR situation, or is it still pretty much the same? Can't speak for anyone else but I've hardly even visited the site (maybe 2x; back before this happened my norm was probably 20x a day) and haven't posted anything since this started. I was wondering if a marked reduction in hits and posts had perhaps caused Derek to reconsider?
