The army of Napoleon learned to hate - HATE - Prussain sharpshooters armed with air rifles.
Now, take that, and put that on a Texas Big Horn hunt? Temp and Barometric atmospherics play hell on a regular rifle... those are even worse with an airgun. You have to really know what you are doing to be successful with an airgun on a big game hunt.
