My daily carry pistol is a Kimber Tactical Pro II. This is a Commander length 1911 .45.
Night sights, Checkering, Magwell funnel, sexy good looks, perfect reliability, and very good accuracy.
It packs much easier than my Tactical Custom II.

The Kahrs are great options for the White Collar Business Casual worker. Perfect choice.
I carry the Taurus 650, a hammerless 357 in the front pocket in an Uncle Mikes pocket holster.
I bounce between a SigPro in a Maxpedition man bag and a SigP239 in .40 in a IWB. No custom work done to either of them. Plane jane sig goodness. I've thought about another 239 in 9mm but I'd only gain two rounds in capacity and I don't think the performance boost would make it worth it. I love carrying it around and spending time with friends who have no clue. When it's a beatiful baby like that concealed means CONCEALED!
Kimber Tactical Ultra II, Like Ogre's but smaller/ officer's model size (3") Awesome unit. Put Stryder grips on it though, the green Kimber wood panels were just too sexy.
SW1911 daily, Kahr K9 when I'm not trying to be obvious at all.
I have a Springfield XDm .40 for carry and use an Uncle Mikes #5 or #15 depending on what I'm wearing. I love it because of accuracy and the weighting of the barrel.
I also carry a Walther P22 when I can't conceal the XDm. I know it's only a .22, but it's the Walther and I enjoy it. Plus, 5 .22 hollowpoints in the same place does some damage to a dude attempting to mess with me and is enough to get away.
Also have a Berretta PT92 9 mil police issue.
For the last couple of months its been my Les Baer PII.
You got a good trigger on your SR9? That's like... almost impossible.
I tested 14 SR9s. Only one was decent. One out of 14... and even that one, I wouldn't call it good. Most had triggers like staple guns.
Well, I didn't say good, I said decent. It obviously doesn't compare with a good single action trigger, but it's alright for a striker fired pistol. It definitely doesn't have the Sigma-like "break like a green twig".
When I got it, the first thing I did was pull out the magazine safety. After that I did some judicious 'boosting' by holding my thumb firmly over the rear of the striker while dry-firing. That did wonders for the gritiness and dropped the pull from 6.4 down to 5.5 lbs. It still had a fair bit of overtravel, but that's gone with the recall/retrofit.
As of today, new daily carry- Springfield XD40sc with Trijicon night sights - woot! This has been my most eagerly-anticipated handgun in quite a while. A month ago I bought the reloading dies for .40SW and a boolit mould. Two or three weeks ago I cast some boolits and loaded them up with range pickup .40 brass I had. And then I waited to finish getting my $ together for the gun. Then I ordered it finally. Then I waited. And waited a few more days. And waited... well wait no more! Picked it up yesterday along with a Desantis Nemesis pocket holster and the range/store comped me the range time since I bought the pistol from 'em. Shot a dash of oil into the workings, and then blasted off the several boxes of 170 LFP reloads I'd made plus some FMJ and HP store bought ammo.
I've had it for only a day but I LIKE this gun! Accurate and easy to shoot. Well ok, the 40 recoil IS snappier than 9mm or 45ACP like I'd heard, but still very manageable with this gun. Nice trigger with a clean break, and I find the grip ergonomics to be great for my hands, and very easy to be right on target accurate with this thing. New carry guns are always fun and this one is really fun.
