Did we get lucky and did Obama just effectively poison himself?

Biden a good pick? He's the #3 most liberal senator in the US Senate (#1 is the Liberal Guy himself). I scratch my head over this one, do the democrats really think putting up such an extreme left-wing ticket is going to fly? This isn't just opinion, this is based on voting records. Never mind Biden's multiple integrity problems over the years. Maybe the democrat party is crazy like a fox, but I don't think so.

Did we get lucky and did Obama just effectively poison himself? Biden a good pick?

Friday, Rush Limbaugh pretty much had an on-air group prayer asking God to help ObamaSama choose Biden as his VP. Looks like it worked! Rush felt VERY strongly that choosing Biden would be catastrophic for BHO. I can't wait to hear Rush's comments tomorrow now that it has come true!

ObamaSama's pick of Biden added NOTHING to the ticket except an "old white guy" who's a proven plagiarist, has a bad temper, an ego as big as ObamaSama's, and is prone to HUGE gaffes. His own comments about BHO were immediately turned into a wonderful commercial by McCain's PR folks, who are doing a masterful job, and are not pulling any punches, finally.

RNC has put up on their website a "Biden gaffe clock". It cant be good when your opponents openly make fun of you.

I think we got lucky and have been given a gift.  Bad enough for the LG that Biden likes to shoot his mouth off and has integrity problems.  I hope the good guys make hay out of the fact that Biden is the #3 most liberal guy in the whole senate.  More liberal than Kerry, Kennedy, and Feinstein.  And he's the "moderate" voice on the ticket!?!

My leftist activist mother, God bless her, has conniptions over how "extreme" anyone running against any democrat is.  If Obama/Biden isn't extreme I don't know what is.

So Obama who wants 'change we can believe in', has not only picked a member of the Democrats political old guard. But one who copied a speech by the Welsh windbag Neil Kinnock, let's hope Obama/Biden also copy Kinnock's habit of losing elections.

Biden is one of those guys that the more you dig into, the more you really really don't like him.
Here is another reason:

Excellent write-up below about the "roots" of this professional "colorist", Barack Hussein Obama . ( I don't like to use the term "racist" often as there is only one race, the human race. In that respect I am a racist. )

At a history book club meeting recently I pointed to my Caucasian skin color and advised them that there are millions of people on the African continent that have the same pale skin coloration and have been living there for thousands of years. Does that make me an Afro-American? There are tens of millions of Semetic people ( Mediterranean or Arabic coloration ) of all different shades that have lived on the African continent. Does that make everyone here, and elsewhere, of the same coloration, Afro-Americans as well????

It is reasonable to note that Osama Obammy's Kenyan forbearers were more likely to have been slave traders/slave owners, not slaves...as he tries to capitalize on the fiction that he "shares" the same history as descendents of slaves.

Kenya, Obammy's "roots", was involved with the slave trade. Much of the slaves "secured in surrounding areas" were sent up to North Africa and to Saudi Arabia ( which only abolished slavery in the early 1960's ). It was "white" ( mostly British ) European power, not "Black" or "Arab" power, that ended the millennia-old slave trade in that area ( Kenya, Chad, Sudan, Egypt ) of the African continent. It was essentially, and mostly, "white" power that ended it in North America.

The anti-slavery naval patrols of the 19th century were by British and American ships, not by Nigerian, Kenyan, Moroccan, Libyan, etc, etc, ships.

Ask the English, French, Spanish, Dutch, and Portuguese where they picked up most of their slaves that they transported by the millions to the New World. They got them from the Negro and Arab tribes on coastlines of the African continent. So much for "color solidarity".

Osama Obammy is as much "African" or "Arab" as McCain, Palin, and I. Has he ever considered himself American??

You don't have a choice where or when, or what culture, religion, or language surrounds you....when you pop of the womb. You deal with the cards you were dealt with. You learn from the past, you learn from history, but you don't live in the past.

It is natural to coalesce around those who have physical features similar to those to which you were exposed while "imprinting"/growing up. It is natural to fraternize with the familiar more quickly than with the unfamiliar. There is nothing "racist" about this.

Look at the skin coloration of the majority of the congregation that has listened, for decades, to dear Obammy's minister, the Rev. "God Damn the USA" and "The White Man is Evil" Wright.

Try this "thought experiment" ( something Eisenstein used when the immediate physical test was not possible ).

Picture a group of people you know well, not even family, just someone you knock around with on a regular basis ( drinking buddies, bridge club, softball team, book club, etc ) and then imagine you and your group of say eight or nine people being dropped into a large room with about one hundred strangers....assuming they aren't Playboy centerfolds ( for you ladies, Chippendales?). Once you are aware of the presence of your other associates in that room of strangers....what's gonna happen? You will group back together, at least for a short time. Call it the "cocktail party syndrome". People tend to bunch up and socialize more freely with those they know. Enjoy.

My favorite response to this "You mothers owe me/us!" b.s....
inherent in Obammy's divisive campaign,
in his two books,
in the decades of sermons by his "racist" minister,
and clearly broadcast in the Princeton thesis of his wife,
is this:

You don't kick some dog that crosses your path because some other dog bit your great-great-great-granddaddy two or three hundred years ago. I don't owe anyone for the sins of the past. Live with it and keep your hands out of my wallet.

Hell, I don't even kick some passing dog if another dog bit a friend of mine a week ago. [ Besides, there is the old Marine Corps saying: "Always be kind to small animals as you never know how hungry you'll get.....sort of a corollary to: "Meat eaters just use animals ( herbivores ) as the middlemen for vegetables." Meat eaters are just one step away from vegetarians. Much more fun than barbecuing grass, oats, and hay.]

Seriously, we've had some real incompetent leadership in the past, but this damnocrat leadership today is a real disaster. Their agenda is unicorn-riding oratory and wishful thinking, not reason, not history. not experience. Just unpatriotic negativism, not grabbing the positive.

I am not happy with either party.

But one is definitely, by far, the far, far, lesser of two evils.

Why don't we just elect our brain surgeons on the basis of appearance and the gift of gab? Anatomy 101 isn't even required.
